Here are the steps to starting your fitness journey at CCF Athletics
STEP 01.
FREE Introductory Workout​
Participate in the FREE CrossFit Intro workout, meet the coaching staff, and get a tour of the gym. During this session we will explain to you the CrossFit program, teach you a few movements, answer any questions you may have.
STEP 02.
Join the CCF Athletics Family
