Today’s young athletes play more games and log in more hours in practice than previous generations. Although they often complete like professionals, they do not prepare like them.
What We Do & How We Do It:
S.A.Q. stands for SPEED, AGILITY, QUICKNESS training. We help athletes, ages 12 and older, improve in 10 physical fitness domains: Cardiovascular and Respiratory Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy.
In addition, your athletes will boost their self-esteem and confidence with our training approach. They will build strength, both physically and mentally, to tackle any obstacle thrown their way on and off the field. We have found because of our style of training, athletes improve in their mental endurance and mental strength – outlasting their opponent’s limits during key moments of the game. By training in the team setting, players will improve in other skills needed on the field, including team communication, leadership, camaraderie, and problem solving.
The program combines age-appropriate body weight functional movements, plyometrics, speed ladder drills for agility, quickness, and explosiveness, and power strengthen at a high intensity level to deliver optimal fitness and performance, as well as establish a lifetime love of fitness. Proper running, bounding/jumping, pushing, pull, and lifting techniques are taught, under the watchful eye of our Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists, to enhance strength and power, while also focusing on increasing agility, mobility and flexibility.

Getting to the ball first can take an athlete’s game to the next level. You will develop a quicker first step by focusing on proper basic mechanics and sport-specific movements needed for acceleration, cutting, starting/stopping, change of direction, and reaction.
Increase Your Strength & Power
S.A.Q. training will increase your range of motion, balance, stability, and explosiveness, giving you more power on your kicks and shots. Our Power Development Program emphasizes movement and function rather than development of specific muscle groups.
Re-Gain Coordination & Speed in Tight Spaces
Better coordination and balance are essential for ball control. By focusing on proper body mechanics, movement technique, and sport specific movement patterns, you will move better off the ball and with the ball.
Reduce the Likelihood of Injuries
